Consultation
The project began with a series of detailed consultations where, as the main coordinator, I identified key requirements and expectations together with the client. We collectively defined the product vision and technical implementation aspects, with particular attention to system scalability and performance. I coordinated the entire planning process and task distribution among team members.
Development Journey
As the main coordinator, I led the development process following Agile methodology with two-week sprints. I regularly organized meetings with the client, presenting progress and gathering feedback. I supervised the implementation of a comprehensive moderation system, custom commands, and advanced analytics. Each feature was thoroughly tested before deployment under my supervision.
Outcome
The final product exceeded client expectations. As the main coordinator, I ensured the bot currently serves over 500 Discord servers with more than 10,000 active users. The system boasts 99.9% uptime and seamlessly processes millions of commands monthly. The client expressed complete satisfaction with the project delivery and my team management.
